Free Oodles of Stuff…so what? Just another site promising free stuff. Yeah right! OK, what’s the catch? There’s gotta be a catch. How much personal information do I have to give you, how many online forms do I have to fill out, how many pages of rules and licenses do I have to agree to before finally getting to one web page that’s gonna let me download a trial offer (if it hasn’t already expired!) or give me the same thing that I’ve seen on a hundred other web sites? Nobody gives away anything useful or new that’s really free anymore. What’s the point of another freebie website?

WAIT! Don’t leave yet! Give us two minutes!
Let us explain just Oodles is and why we’re not just “another freebie website”!

Let’s start by taking look at our site name: Free Oodles of Stuff. Now, what does that mean, hmmm??? Let’s think about it…

Free: Something that costs no money. Zero price tag. Somethin’ fer nuthin’. Zilch. Nada. FREE. Yes, that’s right. Here at Free Oodles of Stuff you will find crafts, articles, printables, tutors, projects, reading material, coloring pages, word doc templates, stationery, recipes, cards, free content that is available for other webmasters to use, cooking and baking tips, invitations, signs, decorations, and just about every other thing that can be printed on a piece of paper. All of these, and more, are free to download once, twice, ten times---today, tomorrow, a week from next Tuesday, and probably three years from next Christmas! You download everything to your computer. You keep it. You can use it whenever you want to for your personal use. Nothing you download ever expires. Our free stuff is really and truly free.

Here at Oodles, we’re constantly scratching our heads and coming up with all sorts of paper-based projects that are so easy, that you can make them from just what you have around the house. And if you don’t have it around the house, we make it so that it’s cheap to buy the stuff that you don’t have! (Think the Dollar Store, Wal-Mart, you’re getting the idea…) All of our cards and invitations, and many of our free crafts and homeschool projects can be made by simply printing them with your own printer---that’s all you have to do! We even offer stationery with matching word document templates that you can use to personalize it before you print it! You can use your words and your clever phrases…not someone else’s idea of what’s witty and clever! Download it, personalize it, print it. It’s really that easy…and it is really free!

Let’s face it---What’s the point of offering something for “free” if you have to spend a chunk of money at some store, buying things that you’re never going to use again for anything else?? What’s the use for showing you how to make your own personalized birthday card, Christmas card, or computer stationery if you have to have tubs full of buttons and ribbons and sequins, etc., and then spend 5 hours making a single card? Or if you have to buy special paper just to print out some recipes or cooking tips? Our stuff is free---and it is easy!

We even go one step further: If you don’t know how to download a free something’r’other from a website, if you don’t know how to save it to your computer, if you don’t know what to do with it once you do download it, then we’ll show you how---for free! That’s right! We not only offer you the free stuff, but we also provide free illustrated tutorials (or “tutors”) that show you step-by-step just what to do! We’ve got tutors for how to make a personalized birthday card, how to use our printables to make free craft projects, how to use free content for your website (only from our designated “Free Content” web pages), how to get our free birthday supplies (for birthday party games, decorations, and other activities), how to make flashcards and worksheets for homeschool lessons… You’re getting the idea here. All this plus we’ve even got a completely illustrated tutor for how to make bread dough, knead it, and how to bake the bread (plus we give you the free bread recipe!).

Oodles: A large number of items. More than just a few. A lot of stuff. Way plenty. Here at Free Oodles of Stuff “oodles” means just that---and much more. Oodles represents a select set of privately owned and operated websites that have joined together to offer the kind of variety and diversity of free stuff that you will not find on other sites. And why is that, you ask? What makes us so special? We’re unique because we only offer free stuff that we’ve created ourselves. We do not surf and browse around, looking for other sites where we can just grab up every free (or, well, sorta free) thing that’s out there and offered on hundreds of other sites. You won’t see the “same old stuff” on our sites. We don’t rely on affiliate links that lure you to our sites just so that we can send you to someone else's website where you get their stuff. We are for real.

We personally test all the stuff that we give away for free. We personally test print make every card, invitation, craft, and decoration that we include on our sites. If the articles are meant for our webmaster free content sites, then those articles must be well written and also reflect our values. We literally dream up, create, print, test, and/or read everything that you’ll find on our sites.

We also provide free stuff that you can use for your personal use, including using our stuff for projects and activities for the classroom, daycare or after-school facilities, scouts, or church groups. No limit. You want to print 50 of one of our free printable Christmas coloring pages? Go for it! Do you need 35 invitations for your son’s 6th birthday party? You can print them! Would you like to use one of our Mother’s Day certificates as a scout group take-home project? You got it! You can print oodles of the same thing or oodles of lots of stuff---no problem (well, no problem as long as you only use them for your personal use or that of a school, scout, or church group).  Note: None of our free printables, projects, crafts or reading material maybe be uses for business or commercial purposes except clearly marked free content and/or free webmaster content. Of: A preposition. Used as a function word to indicate… Oh, oh, what’s that? You really didn’t need to have us define “of”? Well…OK…Too bad, though---we were on a roll…

Stuff: Unspecified material. A collection of bits and pieces. An assortment of objects. A variety of things. A…well, we could go on and on here, but you’re probably getting the idea. When we were dreaming up this website (just like we dream up every other thing we do), we really tossed it back and forth, trying to come up with a good name for our website.

We thought of this name. We thought of that name. And here’s what we came up with:

www.hundreds_of_free_printable_crafts_recipes_articles_tutors_projects-suitable-for-kids-but-fun-for-everyone_webmaster-content_birthday-cards_invitations-that-you-can-personalize_writing-and-grammar-tips_family-friendly-activities_seasonal-decorations_how-to-use-Word_interesting-or-fun-to-read-articles_homeschool-teaching-tools_tips-for-cooking-and-baking_and-well-you-name-it_etc.com

Luckily, we decided that the name was just a little too long (that and the fact that it wouldn’t all fit in the box when we tried to find out if the domain name was available). So, we gave it some more thought, and knew that we had to come up with something short that said it all. Hence, www.FreeOodlesofStuff.com. Short---and to the point.

So, we’ve explained what Oodles is. Now, you’re probably asking yourself what you will find here? Let us give you the short list:
